Lesson 4: PressureBaking Soups: Carrot Soup

PressureBake and blend

In a 2L PressureBaker, layer as below:
Layer 1: 2Tbsp oil
Layer 2: 2 chopped green chillies
Layer 3: 2C finely chopped carrot

Layer 4: 1/2tsp each (salt, garam masala, pepper powder).
Close, fix weight and switch on the stove. Cook on high for 2 Whistles or 4 minutes, whichever is earlier. Switch off the stove. Release pressure by gently lifting the weight. Open. Add 2C hot water. Blend all to a smooth liquid.
